Start your morning off right with this blend --》Apple Cider Vinegar, Honey, Lemon, Turmeric, Black Pepper, and Cayenne
I like to add different homemade herbal blends to mine, but you can stick to the basics and still receive numerous health benefits. {This blend has added goodness--red raspberry leaf, elder berry, echinacea, & ginger}
Unrefined Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV), contains the "mother" which is a complex structure of beneficial bacteria that turns plain apple cider to vinegar. Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) contains multiple nutrients, enzymes, acetic acid and healing properties.
The benefits of ACV

◇lowers high blood pressure

◇balances pH levels in the body
◇improves skin & oral health
◇assists with elimination

It is safe to consume during pregnancy--as it helps rid the body of toxins and has even been said to help with pregnancy related complications such as heartburn and acid reflux.
Combine 1 TBSP of ACV per 8 oz. of warm water. Squeeze lemon and add a bit of honey + a pinch of turmeric (a natural antibiotic), black pepper (a natural digestive aid), and optional cayenne which is perfect for warming the body during these freezing temps (stimulates circulation and reduces acidity in the body).
You can also combine ACV alone with an 8 oz. glass of water and sip before your first meal of the day. If you are just starting out you can decrease the amount of ACV to 1 TSP and be sure to continue to drink a glass of plain water after you're done.
