A gentle transition......

You have worked hard these last nine months growing and preparing for new life. Sometimes, you need extra hands to help easing your transition. I offer compassionate emotional and physical support for both you and your family during my visits.

My goal is to help you and your partner feel grounded, nurtured, and confident as parents. 

Overnight Support

As new parents, sufficient nutrition, sleep, and support are essential towards the well-being of both you and your newborn. I understand the importance of rest, having help with diapers, or needing to catch-up from the day. Having trouble with older children? I'm here with 24 hour text and email support to help you get through the nights that may feel "never-ending." 

What happens during our visit?

Overnight visits are scheduled from 10PM to 6AM. We’re also available for smaller shifts of nighttime support from 7/8pm to 11/12am. Our time together creates space for you and your partner to take some of stress away, and spend time on self-care. I take over baby care, light housekeeping, meal prep, and am a constant support person for you and your family throughout the evening. These visits are made to ease your transition a parent, and allow you to develop a routine centered around nourishing your new life together. 

Postpartum Doula Care $40 Per Hour/3 Hour Minimum

Overnight Doula Care $45 Per Hour $50 for Multiples
